Privacy policy

The data controller is RG RETROGEMS, publisher of PSG70, whose registered office is at 20 boulevard du Parc, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. For any question about your data, write to contact@psg70.com.

If you create an account, we store your email address, your username and your password, which is stored encrypted. Your avatar, biography, social network links and language are only stored if you fill them in.

If you sign in with Google, Google sends us your name and email address, with your consent.

When you post a comment, we store your username, your message and the IP address used, to fight spam and abuse.

When you vote in a poll or throw a ball without being signed in, we store a fingerprint calculated from your IP address and browser. It is only used to prevent duplicate votes and cannot be used to recover your IP address.

If you write to us through the contact form, we store your name, your email address, the reason for your request and your message, so that we can reply. These messages are deleted automatically after 3 years.

This data is only used to run your account, comments, votes and the site's security. We do not sell it and we do not pass it on to anyone.

PSG70 does not show advertising yet. Before it arrives, this page will be updated and your consent will be requested for any advertising cookies.

PSG70 currently uses no audience measurement tool and no advertising cookie. The site only sets the cookies it needs to work.

The psg70_consent cookie keeps your choice on the cookie banner for 6 months. The retrogems_user_id cookie is an anonymous identifier used by Le Virage for 30 days. The rg_visitor cookie is an anonymous identifier used to count forum topic views, for 1 year. When you are signed in, WordPress also sets its session cookies.

Le Virage also saves a few preferences in your browser, such as audio playback of articles and the chosen voice. They stay on your device.

Some pages load their fonts from Google's servers, which sends your IP address to Google. Signing in with Google only happens if you choose it. The link to our Facebook page does not set any tracker on PSG70.

Your account data is kept as long as your account exists. Your comments stay online until you delete them or moderation removes them. Cookies expire after the periods given above.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, restrict it or receive a copy of it. Write to contact@psg70.com and we will reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) at www.cnil.fr.

Children under 15 need their parents' consent to create an account on PSG70.
