Dismissal Proceedings For Gross Misconduct Launched Against Whistleblower
Disciplinary action is intensifying behind the scenes at Paris Saint-Germain. According to L’Équipe, the employee who initiated the formal complaints against the academy leadership is now facing dismissal proceedings for gross misconduct.
This step follows internal investigations into psychosocial risks and workplace distress reported inside the club. Around 30 employees were interviewed during the inquiry to shed full light on working conditions within the academy.
Paris Saint-Germain Back Yohan Cabaye And Call Time On Campus Turmoil
The report drawn up with the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) initially recommended terminating the club’s collaboration with Yohan Cabaye and Lucas Vigneron. However, the PSG hierarchy decided to keep the former player in place as sporting director. He receives a simple warning, while Lucas Vigneron also stays in his role.
The PSG management has thus formally confirmed the former international in his managerial position at the PSG Campus.
